Welcome to Daoob.com ("Daoob," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Daoob platform, website, and AI tutoring services. By registering an account, purchasing "Daoob Points," or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parent or legal guardian read and agree to these Terms and process any payments on your behalf.
Daoob is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered educational technology platform providing tutoring, study tools, document analysis, and mock exam generation (including Qudrat and Tahsili prep) aligned with the KSA educational curriculum.
Daoob utilizes a digital points system where users purchase "Daoob Points" to access various AI tools.
Nature of Points: Daoob Points are a limited, non-transferable, revocable virtual currency intended solely for use on Daoob.com. They are not real currency, have no fiat cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash, traded, or transferred to other users.
Point Consumption: Actions on the platform (e.g., asking questions, generating mock exams) consume points at rates specified on our Pricing Page. We reserve the right to adjust the point cost of features at any time.
Expiration and End of Life: To maintain active server resources, Daoob Points are subject to an inactivity expiry. If your account shows no login or point usage for a continuous period of 12 months, the points will expire. We will notify you via email and/or SMS thirty (30) days prior to any point expiration to give you the opportunity to use them.
All payments are processed securely through authorized third-party gateways (e.g., Tap Payments).
All prices listed on Daoob.com include the mandatory KSA Value Added Tax (VAT) of 15%, unless stated otherwise.
By using the "Ask Parent to Pay" feature, you confirm that you have the permission of the bill payer to generate and send the payment link.
In accordance with the Saudi E-Commerce Law, you have the right to cancel your purchase and request a refund within seven (7) days of the transaction, provided that no Daoob Points from that transaction have been consumed.
Waiver of Right: Because Daoob provides immediate access to digital processing, the moment you use any Daoob Points from a newly purchased pack to execute an AI query, you acknowledge that the digital service has commenced, and your 7-day right to a refund is legally waived.
Limitations of AI accuracy: Daoob utilizes advanced generative AI. While we use Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to ground answers in KSA curricula Its accuracy and efficiency have been tested to a high degree, but artificial intelligence cannot give a complete guarantee of the absolute accuracy of the data. In rare and unpredictable cases, it may generate inaccurate or incomplete information. You agree to use “Dooab” as a study aid only, and you must verify the essential information through the list of references within each answer of the AI tutor that opens the curriculum textbook on location of reference using the built-in book viewer or independently.
No Guarantee of Results: Daoob provides tools for studying, including Qudrat and Tahsili mock exams. We do not guarantee specific grades, test scores, or university admissions.
Waiver of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by KSA law, Daoob and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
You agree not to upload documents or prompts containing illegal or sensitive personal data, nor attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or perform prompt-injection attacks on Daoob’s AI systems. Account sharing is strictly prohibited; each account is for a single student.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent payment activity, or abuse the AI systems. Upon termination due to a breach of Terms, your right to use the service ceases, and all remaining Daoob Points are voided.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jeddah/Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
These Terms of Service are provided in both Arabic and English. In accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in the event of any conflict, discrepancy, or divergence in interpretation between the English and Arabic texts, the Arabic text shall prevail and be the legally binding version.
