We use your data exclusively to operate the Daoob platform, provide context to the AI for personalized tutoring, process transactions, and prevent fraud. We NEVER sell your personal data to advertisers or third parties.
To provide our intelligent tutoring services, Daoob integrates with third-party Large Language Model providers (such as Google Gemini APIs).
Strict Privacy with AI: We use enterprise APIs, meaning your data is NOT used by these third-party providers to train their public AI models.
Cross-Border Data Transfer (SDAIA Compliance): To provide advanced AI tutoring, the text prompts and documents you submit may be transmitted to and processed by our authorized AI sub-processors (e.g., Google Cloud) on servers located outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By using Daoob and agreeing to this policy, you explicitly consent to this cross-border data transfer. We ensure these sub-processors adhere to adequate security standards aligned with SDAIA’s requirements.

We retain your personal information and educational data as long as your account is active. If your account is deleted or remains inactive for a legally specified period, we will securely delete or anonymize your personal data, except where retention is required by KSA law (e.g., financial transaction records).
