By using Daoob and agreeing to this policy, you explicitly consent to this cross-border data transfer. We ensure these sub-processors adhere to adequate security standards aligned with SDAIA’s requirements.

4. Data Security & Data Breach Notification

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information.

  • Data Breach Notification: In accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, in the event of a security breach that poses a risk to your personal data or privacy, Daoob will notify you and the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) without undue delay, outlining the nature of the breach and the mitigation steps taken.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information and educational data as long as your account is active. If your account is deleted or remains inactive for a legally specified period, we will securely delete or anonymize your personal data, except where retention is required by KSA law (e.g., financial transaction records).
